Exercises are a Must.
Hi People! I am that magic who takes care of your physical health as well as your mental health, can keep both of them in a good state. Do you know my name? Ok Let me introduce myself to you, my name is 'Exercise.' I love them who do not forgets to practice me every day and I really take care of their mental and physical well-being.
Yes, guys, Exercises are a must in our lives, being physically active can help us improve the ability of doing our everyday activities, help us to control our weight, strengthen bones, reduce risk of various diseases and to improve our brain health.
Let's discuss what are the exercises that we should perform daily: -
1) Lunges 2) Abdominal crunches 3) Internal training 4) Pushups 5) Side planks 6) Walking
It's also ok if you do not have enough time to perform all these and devote so much time to each & every respective activity. At least you can walk for 30 minutes, researchers have already stated that daily 30 mins of walking can reduce the risk of heart diseases and stroke, improved management of conditions such as diabetes, cholesterol, hypertension, muscular pain, etc. and obviously maintains a healthy weight and lose body fat.
So, let us now focus on the various benefits of regular physical activity: -
->Exercises elevates our mood- So, here our exercise magic plays an important role, so, when we exercise body releases hormones known as "endorphins" which gives you a happy feeling and make you feel less anxious. It boosts your confidence and improve your self-esteem.
-> Exercises take care of your sleep - Regular physical activity can help you fall asleep faster and also deepens your sleep, but it's always good to do physical activities in the morning time, cause prior to sleep your body may feel very much energized and may keep you awake.
-> Exercise keeps you away from various diseases- It may prevent health problem such as: -
* Arthritis, * Stroke, * Depression, * High Blood Pressure, * Diabetes, etc.
It reduces chance of all these diseases.
-> Exercises control your weight- As we all know obesity can put you in a lot of problems and can introduce you to lot of health problems, so it's always necessary to keep your weights on a check by doing helpful physical activities. Exercise can help you to maintain a healthy weight. The more you exercise, the more calories you burn.
-> Exercise improves brain function- Exercise increases blood flow and good amount of oxygen supply in the brain. Its boosts our concentration levels and cognitive ability, it also encourages the release of helpful brain chemicals.
So, from today onwards make it an important part of our healthy lifestyle, it is the most powerful magic.
But sometimes we get too motivated and start overexercising, which can also trigger osteoporosis, arthritis, heart problems, etc. It's always recommended to do 120 minutes of moderate cardio per week.
Not only exercise along with exercise, but one should also maintain a healthy eating plan, including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, proteins, fat free dairy products & at least one should drink eight glasses of water per day.
When exercises and a healthy eating plan gets combined, that's where your immunity system gets stronger, and real magic starts.
